well when a car is moving with the lights on etc?

ahhh light trails kind of thing... anywhere camera where you can choose the shutter speed will do that, Ill go get some links for you.
Any DSLR will do it, so starts ones are ones like:
- Sony A200/A300
-Nikon D40/D60
-Canon Eos 1000d/450d/400d etc etc
*looking at £300ish for the above*
or a bridge camera like a fujifilm s6500 will do it. between £160-250 i imagine
never looked into compact cameras but i imagine a few of the more expensive ones will do it

yeh pretty easy once you read the manual, still wouldnt say i know how to use it completly as i rarely get chance to use it will be trying to use it alot thoughover the next 2 months so i know how to use it when im in the states.
