Recently noticed the washers aren't working correctly. The main problem I have is getting them out. I read some other posts about removing washers. Do u guys all have another metal part on the underside of the bonnet which covers the backside of the washers ??, cos I can't seem to get behind this to remove the washers. How do I get them out ??. Any help appreciated

The bonnet is double skinned, but there should be a hole just under where the washer jet is placed. There are two clips either side of the jet which need to be pushed together and then lift the jet out (See pic below).
