Wouldn't imagine they would have to issue you with any paperwork, or make you sign anything.
You'll probably get something through the post.
Hopefully not though

Edit: Is the private land your private land or someone elses? Do you have permission to ride on it?

private land yeah, bit vague wether we have permission lol. not usually a problem. apprently we do, but appears not :S

but what really annoys me is it affects me in my car as well, and i've been stopped for my exhaust a few times, so next time they could take it, and i'll be 150quid lighter to get it back

It's not difficult, you either have asked permission to be on someone's property or you haven't.

ha yeah my first one, was only sitting there with my bike as well, mega annoying. Next time i'll just do a runner, as being civil seemed to be the wrong option.

Ive been meaning to test out the SMG launch control. Seems logical to do it in a public place so others get to share the experience

Apparently if you get so many of these on your car, the car gets crushed, dont know if thats a load of shit though. A lad by me got one for loud music and one for spining his wheels, reckons the reason he sold his car is that one more time and his beloved corsa would be flat

Watch out as i signed nothing and received nothing but the section 59 was put on my name and it showed up on the system. They are put on you as a person aswell as the vehical you commit the crime in so if you OR the vehical is seen doing shit then either can be screwed over. If your caught in another car that car can then be seized. Mine just ran out
