Want to get cut up for the summer as ive never had a 6 pack, i can see the top two abs slightly but im talking mens health cover model style minus the photoshopping.
800am 1 Scoop whey/ 2 rounds seeded granary toast
1000am Banana
1200 1 Tin Tuna/ Large Jacket Potato
1400 3 Rice Cakes
1700 Pre Workout: 1 scoop whey
1830 Post workout:1 Scoop whey/ Steak/Chicken Breast/ Fish Fillet with Veg
2100 1 scoop whey with 100g low fat Cottage cheese
Train weights 4 times a week followed by 15mins HIT.
Been doing this diet now for arounf 4 weeks,lost aroun 2-3lb on the scales, starting to see next 2 abs but still got that stubborn fat under the belly button

drink a cheapo bottle of wine, before bed.... saw that on a vid ages ago.
lots of clenbuterol/winstrol.
0 carbs.
may make you feel like comlplete shite though.

I dont know, i just presumed that having gone 8-9 hours with now protein that my body would need it....

8% it is then. I dropped the first few lbs quite easily but its getting alot harder now, i can see the top two, and the middle two when i tense but thats it so far.
