not vaux but ford

i have a ford focus with a zetec engine in it(petrol), big ends have gone,

now if i swap the enigne will it start straight away, i wont have to piss about with sensors etc... or ecu's?

just a case of out with old in with new, or do i have to swap all the loom and ecu to match chip in my key??

all help appriciated
