My girlfriend's mum recently reported someone parking in her disabled parking space outside the house that didn't have a disabled badge or a valid tax disc, phoned up the police, they came out and said they can't do anything about it because the registered owner is in Cardiff (we live in Oxford), yet the penis that we see driving the car lives in a shared house a few doors down!
Great policing, considering they recently had a big fuss about clamping down (literally) on people that had no valid road tax! Don't you just love Thames Valley Police!

just go out. wen i crashed i hit someone witout tax, went to the police and they said not teir problem.
it was out by one day. so u shud be ok
