What ports need to be allowed so that I don't have to try 30x to get into a match? I thought I had the correct ports typed in, but it turns out I don't

Aren't they listed in the manual for Fifa?
A quick Google comes up with these: TCP PORTS: 80, 443, 9980-9989, 12400-12499, 30400-30499

UDP PORTS: 3659, 6000, 9570, 9808-9811, 9858-9861

80 and 443 are used by other things, so you might want to exclude those.
