on CS, whenever someone mentions money and uses the £ symbol, it shows up on my computer as load of random symbols.
here's an example i quoted from anty:

character encoding, theres a setting within firefox and IE... in firefox its VIEW > CHARACTER ENCODING > Western ISO...
Not sure about IE dnt use the piece of wank.
