Same here, I put it down to the fact I've got shitty angel eyes. Have you got standard headlights?

Yeah standard headlights...Fuse? Stalk how do you change stalk or check leads?

when you turn the lights on and pull the stalk does it flash and when you push the stalk stay on? or does it just not flash at all with the lights on or off? ive replaced a few stalks after having the same problem and have a few spares if you need one

The stalk will be faulty. You can replace it by finding another, then removing the cowling around the steering column and then pulling the old one out and putting the new one in.

Mines the same, stalk is faulty.
When i pull it back it occasionally works and smoke comes from under the plastic around the steering column 
Not sure if it's coincidence but my hazard lights only work if the key is in the ignition and the switched live for the radio doesnt work so i've had to wire it to permanent.

I changed the stalk on mine yesterday.
Flashers now work, Hazards now work without the ignition on and id put money on the ignition live for the radio working now......
