why in the name of all that is frigging holy do they feel the need to offer so many different pissing rates
If you buy less than £500 worth its one rate
If you by over £500 its a slightly higher rate
and if you do it online you get an even better rate (which if you get them delivered you do pay a delivery cost on, but you can also collect them in store free).
so why in gods name dont they just offer the one rate that is on the internet to every one???
almost fell out with some wench in thomas cook because she wouldnt do me the online rate with out a reciept even though when i tried to do it online it told me to ring the store and she could of even checked the pissing rate on the internet
so i walked out and went to going places (which i know is the same company) but they are a bit more helpful and would do the online rate without any paper work.

tbh, with the amounts most of you are changing to take on holiday, you're probably talking about a few quid at most.
I doubt its really enough to cover your time arguing or going somewhere else.

Its the same with anything in life, the more you buy the cheaper they are, simple
PO were the best for me but I needed them on the day

All online...
Post Office, 1.1330 to the £, £500 = 566.50
Thomas Cook, 1.1459 to the £, £500 = 572.95
Travelx, 1.1453 to the £, £500 = 572.65
Tesco, 1.1320 to the £, £500 = 566
So not much in any of them really.

how about this matey, thomas cook do a like visa card now, that you put money onto and can use abroad just like any other bank card. Yes they charge you like 1 pound on every transaction but im going to be taking like 100 pound at a time out. This way you are not going to have loads of money on you all the time and its easier.
