no wonder no one goes to them anymore - 40 freeking quid to go stand and watch cars racing that you could watch next week on tv for free - what a joke - the superbikes are less!

the annoying thing is i have a free ticket but i dunt wanna go by my self - and all my mates are to pikey to afford 40 quid (fair enuff in my view).

anyone else think that that is a LUDE price to go there and watch the touring cars?

anyone got a ticket they wanna sell cheap?

f1 is crap value for money and its at silverstone which is second only to snetterton for being a gash track to watch at in my opinion.

when i lived in perth australia for like 150 quid (300 aussie dollars) you could get a plane to adilade (its melbourne now) and accomadation for the 3 nights and tickets to the track for all the days - now thats value - its like 110 quid just for one day of the british gp and you dont get half as much racing as u do in aussie (they have the touring cars and stuff on at the same time there)

al in all i have decided that this country loves to scam us up - no wonder no one goes to these things (probably costs 8quid for a can of drink too).

oh well

i think its more expensive this year cause of the champ car feature race, 165 laps on the monday. I must admit im now not going as i think this is a huge rip off. If i add on the 10 goes of the go karts and entry, food, drink im looking at over 160 quid for a day out that like someone said, you can watch on tv next week.
