i have a 1.4 sport with a gsi c16xe lump in,
but is running on a 1.4 metal intlet manafold.
will i benefit from fitting a plastic gsi 1?
ive heard it gives a slight gain on power, any idea???

They're .5cm bigger bore than the 1.4's, but I doubt you'll notice a difference.

ditch the inlet manifold all together and fit a power box

Don't know if they're worth it?! I had one on my old 1600 sport, the difference is crazy!!
