I've been taking 90+ recently. tastes like shit but you can't argue with the figures - High in protein and low in carbs and only £27 a tub.

I'd put money on that being a copied pasted diet

For snacks you could do yourself a chicken sandwich or tuna or the like.

Yes he pastes that in every thread lol. That sort of diet only works for a 200lb body builder on gear working out 5 times a week.

Steroids will make him pop out, but it depends what hes taking, the dosages etc. What cort of cycle is he running? He wont grow without proper training and diet, but he will still grow faster assuming hes taking something worthwhile.

Its a shit diet, badly structered and the macro nutrient ratio is all wrong. Loading up on carbs and dropping the protein is a recipie for man boobs and love handles. Esp as you only train 3 times a week and you wont be training anywhere near the intensity you should be to make use of all the calories.

Remove the useless carbs and add protein and fats. you will burn more fat and still grow well.

Heres something id suggest for a trraining day:

0730 - 4 egg omlette with lean ham and low fat cheese, apple, 10g fish oils

0930 - 200g chicken breast, veg, handful of almonds/brazil nuts

1230 - 200g tuna, salad, apple

1500 - 200g chicken breast, veg, scoop PB

1730: - PWO - 50g whey, 1 maltodextrin, bowl of kellogs fruit and fibre.

1930 - 200g Salmon fillet, Veg, 10g fish oils

Pre bed - 50g chocolate whey, 2 scoops peanut butter, 200g cottage cheese, 250ml of milk blended into a shake

No, fish has protein in it - quite a lot too. It also has long chain omega 3 fatty acids saturated in it as well which is why its so good for you as it carries lots of protein and good fats with no trans fats or carbs.

Cod liver oil caps are different to fish oil caps, fish oil have more long chain omega 3's and other EFAs whereas cod liver oil caps dont have the benefit of all the other oils saturated within fish meat.

To summarise:

Eat fish as a source of protein, and when you eat protein you should also take in dietarty fats. Since you already get some oils in the fish you have eaten its best to use nuts as your fat source to go with fish. If you eat chicken or red meat as a protein source then use fish oil caps as a fat source as they also have the healthy long chain omegas 3's in them that wont be saturated in the poultry or red meat.

Mine is pretty straight forward as if your at work you cant exactly nip off at half 10 to prepare a baked potato lol!

Breakfast:

Muesli + 2 pices of peanut butter on brown bread
Protein Shake

Snack:

Yogurt

Lunch:

Tuna Salad with 2 boiled eggs sliced + Salad

Afternoon snack:

Yogurt

Evening meal:

Spinach Soup (ace) Great for protein
Chicken + Brown rice or Tuna Pasta Salad

Evening snack

Yogurt or cheese on oatcakes

Training 3 - 4 times a week in the Gym plus one cardio session. Using USN Protein Shakes after ever session.

Seen quite good results so far!
