But, nothing really will... I just think it's a lot better attempt than say posters / tv adverts which basically just say 'you will get fucked if you carry a knife'.
Basically in most 'campaigns' the viewer goes 'fuck off, I'm not that stupid I wouldn't do that'.
For example all the anti speeding / anti drink driving etc adverts.
With that youtube thing, you are in control and it's first person view. So you get to 'live it out' and deal 'see' the consequences.
Reality is, it's sort of showing you, if you pull a knife in a fight situation it's only going to end badly. Either you'll kill someone and get fucked, you'll get found with the knife and be done for attempted murder or someone will knick the knife and use it on you!
I don't think it'll make hardened crims stop carrying knives, but I do think younger kids who 'think they need to carry a knife for protection (but probably don't have the balls to actually use one)' can sorta see / feel the emotion they'd go through in the real world situations lol.
