This eveving I was out in our 97' Corsa CDX and tried to beep the horn at someone who cut me up badly. However the sound that came out was more like a very quiet muffled sheep! I tried again, pushing the steering wheel button harder and it still diddnt work correctly.
Strangely enough it works a lot better without the headlights on
Any ideas?

not enough power goin to the horn, sounds like ur baterys on its way out, if u leave ur lights on an radio without the engine runnin for like 5 mins do u have to bump start it?

Could also be an earth problem.

most likely to do with battery life though if you say that about the headlights.
