Basically i currently have a phillips beard trimmer and for some reason now it wont charge and as i prefer to have a little bit of stubble than wet shave i need to get a new one. From looking on the internet there is loads of different types, was just wondering what other people use?
i looked at the babyliss i-trim, i'm not sure how short mines takes it down to at the mo so was wondering is 0.5m the shortest you can get etc?
show me what you got peoples!

dont get the i-trim. I got it and thought it was great at first but it soon got on my nerves taking chunks out my stubble as the guard doesnt go right over the blades.
Get one thats water proof as will make cleaning it loads easier.

and cosmo, stop being a batty, it does me fine, only takes chunks out of my neck if i'm applying pressure on the trimmer to get a closer ''shave''.
if you use it how it's supposed ot be used it's a god bit of kit.

What length do you do yours at though? It might be OK for really short, but if you like to go for the hobo look then chunks out of it isnt any good (actually it probably would be for an authentic hobo look).

I overtook a guy on the motorway yesterday, he was lying back in his seat shaving while driving

I've tried two beard trimmers and both were only good for trimming to the shortest length. I haven't found one yet which can shave decently above .5mm.

The bastards, what improvements has that got over the old one? Which I got for my birthday in April.. and I use the 2mm setting, works fine for me, I only take chunks out if I'm careless!
