I have quite a serious nut allergy and I'm in need of some proetein to help aid my recovery times and muscle gain, any body know anywhere I can get some?

Lol whey protein is usually nut free, failing that casein is from milk.

the products themselves are nut free but the handling line they are produced on isn't always.
