When i am driving on the motorway the eml comes on and i loose power.

But if i take my foot off the throttle and then put it back on the eml goes off and its back to normal.

This happens very reguarly what could it be? egr valve?

This happens to me with an XE. I've got a bad seal around my inlet temp sensor so just put it down to that, not got round to fixing it yet.

airflow meter got a 1200 breeze that does the exact same thing

my corsa used to do this, also it used to stall randomly when I was driving it (not when changing gear)...but it doesn't do either of these any more and I didn't really figure what it was either. lol

do you have an induction kit fitted? it is a common fault on 1.0 and 1.2's after fitting an uprated air filter.

no i dont have one fitted.
have fitted them in the past, but that was proberly about a year ago.

mine was 120 quid fitted, but that was on a 1.0 12v.

quite expensive, ive seen them on ebay cheaper.
