Author pioneer head unit memory pls help!

I cant get the head unit to come back on when i start the car.

as its a pioneer deh 7300i swapped the 2 live over yellow and red. It still works but the memory still doesnt come back.

any ideas? also the 2 red wires were connected to 2 yellow wires so once i switched them over they were still mixed, should i try putting 2 red and 2 yellow together? dont want to knacker it

help!
