my photoshop is playing up, when i used to copy and paste a new layer it stayed selected, now it doesnt select it.
how do i get it back?

Just hit CTRL+T that will put the new layer into transform mode so you can manipulate it ect

its annoying having to do it this way though!
my work copy is fine, just the copy on my laptop playing up
Where before you could select something, copy and paste onto a new layer and it would still show up selected, i.e ant trail
It doesnt show anymore
It copies and pastes onto the new layer but the ants dont appear

Mine has always done this is CS3.

Mine is cs3 but why does it do it at work but not on my laptop
