I have a Programme stored on my Sky+ Box but I wan't to keep it indefinately, is there any simple way of getting it off and getting it on DVD or something? I imagine it's possible with a DVD recorder but I'm not going to shell out £200 for one just to do this

Sorry for the daft question

av usb stick off ebay. plug into your laptop and record. then burn onto a dvd

of course this is on the assumption that your laptop/pc has an av input
