You'd ned to change the subframes but other than that there's no reason why they shouldn't

Yes they do fit as I have them in my project car. I used Cobra subframes and made the bits that connect the frame to the seat. They are very similar to part of the kit for side mounted seats like Cobra Evolution with the mounting holes elongated
