Got a phone interview with sky on Friday for a sales advisor position. Anyone able to give me a idea of what sort of questions will be asked? Not done anything like this before as iv always worked labour jobs, so no idea what to expect!

I've done one but it was years ago.. its nothing too bad, there not really looking to grill you, its more about phone manner etc. Just keep yourself composed and be as clear as you can..

Along the lines of.... Can you name a time when you showed leadership/commitment etc. What would you do in this situation, stuff like that. I worked there for 5 months and hated it. Say you work to targets and enjoy the challenge etc
