Opinions on these?? Anyone owned/driven one?
I really like them in this blue colour...
Focus ST170 in Blue
Only problem is i don't think they did them in this colour before 2004 which is out of price range...all the ones i can find are either grey or black.

I like them, I wanted one a few years back actually. I wouldn't pay 7k for one now when you can get an 03 plate RS for around 9k.

I like them, went to see one in grey with recaros and it was proper comfy, loved it and love the look of them, very subtle touches, really wanted it but the fella wouldnt let me test drive it "as it was quite a powerful car" I said I've just come in a Clio sport which is probably quicker... he said oh right, no sorry you cant test drive it. So I cant help you on how they drive

they are decent cruisers. enough power for just pottering around town but also good enough to cruise easily on the motorway.
not a hot hatch, just warm.
very good level of kit though, and the xenon headlights are very good for visibility.
handles well being a focus too.
you could probably pick up on in grey for 3k.

You could get a year old ST tdci for about £13k back in 2006 when my old fella was looking at them so I'd imagine one would be about 5k now!!

you can get a mondeo stdci on an 06 reg with hardly any miles for less then 9k now. awesome bit of kit if thats what your looking for. if you dont mind the tax/mpg then you could have a fully loaded st220 for 5/6k
