Its been played in Monaco for the last 12yrs or something like that, as its a neutral venue, where as previously it used to be over two legs home and away.

Why its there I have no idea, but Id imagine its as Orbbo said for the glamour. Thats how theyve tried to brand it, as a glamour tie, since it went to a single match so expect they thought it would help being there.
