I signed up for a contract about 3 months ago. Have been advised that the contracts didnt meet certain criteria and were void. Called them and they are giving me a new phone with contract and im getting to keep my 3 month old phone!
Just letting you know if you are in the same boat.

i used virgins deals to get one on o2 half price with a better tariff deal. what phone do you have and what did you get?

got the tocco but getting an N86
ive paid £40 for a brand new tocco basically.
