Having been round a few of the big trade fayres now and met a lot of the people involved in the businesses, a lot of them a straight men (obviously behind the scenes). You get the odd designer who is as bent as a bent thing but other than that its not a very poofy affair!
do you find yourself acting more manly around other bridal men so they have no doubt that your a gay?

Im not talking about serving the brides, very little men, gay or not, do so. The only ones who may are the actual designers, and those are the ones that are often gay. Although I would say only about 10% of them all are men, the rest are women anyway.
The rest of the men in the industry are 'behind the scenes' and its probably a near 50/50 split between men and women.

Yes, I model
And I think you mean knit, which doesnt happen to any dresses as they arent made from wool. But no, Im not a seamstress either.
I do the business side of things, closest I get to working in the shops is designing them.

I take its that how you found that thread.. but you will prob lie and say you found it another way.....
Because if you were searching for my username it makes it out as thouugh are have NO life.. or are just obssed with me.
I'll let you in on a little secret... A mate of mine that frequents one of the many forums you are a member of PM'd me with the link in Craig's original post in this thread, that's how Craig found out about it (i.e. I told him) - he didn't make it his mission in life to search Google for your username!
Oddly enough, people on other forums think you are a bit of an idiot and a bullshit artist too...

Do you need a designer? This job has made me feel much too heterosexual.
