It will be the usual now, England for the World cup hype, big build up, out in the quarters.

Quarters will be quite resepctable I think. Especially when you consider some of the world class players out there. Semis would be pretty cool though.

I actually now feel a bit sorry for that Eduardo. I had a bit of a go at him for diving, and he may well of done, but it appears he comes from a nation of divers and it was probably taught in to him from a young age.
So Im with Wenger on this, he isnt a diver, its just his nature.

Milner is a good player, Newcaslte made him alright, Villa have made him OK, but Liverpool will make him world class when he signs for us next summer.

he has stated he doesnt want to play championship football and wants to play for a club in europe. so i doubt that.

That could make the WC so much more interesting!
I wouldn't right off any of the smaller nations should the above not qualify due to our previous outings!

I've just got back from Croatia - we watched the England - Croatia match in a Croatian local bar; 6 English people and about 60/70 Croatians; got a few looks when we scored the cheered after the first goal; then a few worse after the second. A few locals didn't return after half time and by the 3/4th goal the were more English (6!!) than Croatians left in the bar!
