The car is in top condition and benefits from a full engine rebuild, SBD sump, SBD inlet manifold with twin 45 Weber carbs. It is coupled to a Ford Type 9 gearbox via an SBD alloy bell housing and kevlar clutch.
It has a new digidash lite giving many features such as all usual speed, rpm, fuel, gear, oil and water pressure and temps. It is also equipped with the optional GPS and data logger giving lap times and splits.
It has adjustable coilovers all round and all brake parts are new.
The car has recently been tuned on a rolling road and produces a healthy 148bhp at the wheels (180ish at the flywheel). This equates to nearly 350bhp/ton.
I have patiently built this car over the last six years ensuring no corners were cut and it was built to high standards. (The SVA tester commented that it was the best built Robin Hood he had ever tested!)
The only reason I am selling is to clear garage space for my next project as my fun comes from building the car rather than driving it.
This thing costs only £112 per year fully comp to insure! It is taxed untill November and doesn't need an MOT untill 2012 as it is classed as a new vehicle.
