I said they wouldnt do anything more than this, they are too scared of the manufacturers pulling out of F1 after both BMW and Honda doing the same so went easy on them - I wouldnt mind betting on the agreement that they stick about for a few years.

This also means that Britorie matey bloke will have to be removed from owning QPR as well as a result of not being fit and proper to run a football club.

Can imagine it being true though as aren't the FA attempting to enforce this test a lot more strictly?
