my Xbox bit the dust a few months ago, so did my bros, he has fixed his with a kit from ebay but I cant be arsed, Elites are only £200 now arnt they? do they suffer the same fate? I read somewhere they dont do the 3 red lights trick?

My Elite has done it twice. But they have 3 year warranty covering 3 red lights like all Xbox 360s so dont worry about it.

Im tempted to swap up to an elite too.. however the 250gb mw2 elite sounds better value for money
