2.0 brakes are 256mm and 1.6 brakes are 238mm iirc
so just lay the disks next to each other and hay presto you'll see the difference

1.6 16v is 256mm x 20mm vented
2.0 16v is 256mm x 24mm vented

ive held the 2 together before and the only difference i noticed was on the actual pad carriers itself as the 2.0 disc wouldnt fit in the 1.6's pad carrier

if you have pads in the calipers take a pad to a motor factors and they have books with scaled drawings
