lowering springs and new shocks or coilovers??
my dads friend owns a garage so i will get them fitted there but i was wondering whats the difference in how they work?? and if you have 1 do u still need the other??

Difference between coilovers and shocks/springs? Coilovers are a single unit, shock and spring.
For the money id just get a decent set of shocks and springs.

yeah. i have just done mine on shocks and springs, i have just front shocks but only the springs on there own at the back on standard shocks. a lot better than just springs. worth every penny imo
