just bought an Opel Badge, to swap for the Vauxhall Griffin badge on the back of my Corsa !

just want to know if its easy to put the opel one on and whats the best way to take the old logo off, the opel one has pins on the back, but as stupid as it sounds..would the opel ones go on without pins, even though they come with them, if so canthe pins come of easy etc..

any help would be much appreciated.

cheers, callum

the badge on the bootlock has pins on it too.
take the bootlock off (2 or 3 bolts on the inside) and i think you can push the badge out from behind iirc

if the new badge is the correct size leave the pins on and it should just pop straight in

yeah you need to pull that material off the inside of the boot, it needs a good yank because the plastic pins are gay. you can then see the back of the bootlock

you need an 8mm socket i think. take the bootlock off using the 2/3 nuts, disattach the lock mechanism so you can remove it properly

just do it and use a bit of common sense and have a look how the badge comes off
