I've been inspired. My top three funny films... although mum is actually angry that I haven't put Monty Python in there, should I?

Airplane is very funny but it's just not the same as Shaun of the Dead. Monty Python got boring lol.

Pineapple Express is utter tripe. 90 mins of stoner jokes. Hilarious.

Agreed. None of those would be in my top three funny films.

i dont think its an easy choice. airplane is proper funny if you get the gags, then again it was probably only funny in the 80's.
pineapple express had moments. as did shaun of the dead. id say none of those 3 are any funnier than each other.

I'd say Airplane out of them because I've only seen that and Shaun of the dead, would like to see Pineapple Express though.
The Holy Grail or Ace Ventura When Nature calls are my two top comedies.

At first, it was a hard choice between Superbad and Pineapple... but after watching them both again, it's gotta be Pineapple

I thought Anchorman was very average when I eventually got round to seeing it.
Probably made worse by the millions of times I'd heard Edith mention it on radio one

Always seems to happen if you go into a film with expectations, more so with comedies.

It was good but not the best film ever like I'd been led to believe
I voted Shaun of the Dead as I haven't seen Pinapple Express and Airplane is far too old now IMO

pineapple express is pretty crap. i prefer the 40 year old virgin over that.
the hangover is good though. the fat guy makes the film funny.

Good call actually. That would of probably made it on there if I'd done top five!

i would normally agree but i'm not sure now. any poll that puts shaun of the dead ahead of airplane is not right. i think cs is going tits up...
