Sorry about this but it has to be done.

Now I have had my 1.2 8V since August last year, and although I love it I know I have really pushed it as far as it could sensibly go without spending loads of money on it.

I am leaving college this year and hopefully will get a full time job.

Been looking for a new quicker car.

Now I dont want to drop a 2.0 16v into mine as its still pretty low milage and its a waste of an engine, will just sell mine on. I want a car thats a good base to start with performance wise so I can concentrate a little on the looks and still not have to worry about people who want a race.

Considered a Saxo VTS..........I know its a Saxo but I know they are quick.

Thats about the highest Insurance group I could afford without fecking myself over.

Any ideas people,
All ideas considered as long as they dont say 2.5 BMW or something.

Dont want a GSI, dont want another corsa to be honest but wanna really stay with hot hatches.

I love Corsa's but there are far too many around at the moment, especially locally, just want something a little different with some power.

I think if you want something different then the saxo aint the car for you. There are just as much saxos around if not more than the corsa. Old shape clio 16v is a better bet. Just a thought mate

Well my budget for insurance is about £1500-£2000

Budget for car will be around £8000 tops.

Want something a bit newer, thought of a saxo only about 3 locally to about 15 corsa's, not any MG's around really except for 1 or 2 driven by older people.

Thing is I am only 18, want something with a bit of poke that looks good and doesnt need much work, also insurable.

you could get a Fiesta zetec s for that money but i would think that a focus 2litre zetec for the same budget range would be better
