i hate exams they clearly dont illustrate how good u are at something more how well u can guess what will come up and memorise how to do that one little bit of a subject. it jst annoys me as i feel i am gonna fail yet i have a better overall understanding than most on my course

I agree totally with ya
good example there is this bloke in my java class memories the text book so gets good grades in exams but...
on the coursework he could not actaully work out how to do it.
only bad thing about coursework it takes longer to do than an exam

they piss me off too, but i still reckon they are the best way. coursework is too easy to copy and cheat on (cut and paste from the internet).
Which at my college annoys me, because some people that are quite clearly dumb can get the same grade as me, but in a test would probably fail. but then again my college is crap!!

coursework u can get some1 elsesw work.
hence tests are better.

I do not approve of cheating.
dont foget in the work place you can use books to refresh your memory etc
but dont think you can get rid of tests though
dont get me started on friggin group coursework though
