That's what I thought first time round but watched it again and there's a fair gap between the Seat and the next car, he'd have needed to catch up a bit before he could overtake

what are you on about.....the speed limit for that road could be 100kmh..how can you make a judgement like the bike had no reason to overtake the car thats just a stupid opinion.....lets look at the facts...the bike started to overtake the car at 80kmh and for no reason(seeing as the nearest car to the seat was at least 4-6 car lengths infront the car crossed over to the opposite carriage way CAUSING a collision..which could have resulted in serious injury or death

Saw this the other day, the bikers more at fault, the car is hugging the line waiting to overtake, then when the road is clear and straight the driver pulls out. The biker is so close he's probably in a blind spot!

how do u work out the bike riders at fault....

Both at fault there, biker was way to close to the car but the car should have checked mirrors before going to overtake. Seen it happen a few times, biker to fast car not looking....

The car is hugging the centre line throughout, looking for a spot to overtake, the biker should of realised

I'm not sure that was aggression.

From the positioning of the ibiza throughout the video he was at the very least looking for an overtake.

Biker shouldn't have been sitting in his blind spot and there wouldn't have been a problem.

Although I'm not sure about laws in other countries, people clearly don't know how you are supposed to overtake in this one.

You move out to the other side of the road when you are well back from the car in front, check everything is clear, then move to overtake.

Everyone knows you have to get as close to the car in front, and use the clean air to slingshot you past John.

Someone's probably posted a video of how it should be done on YouTube.
