80% of the time i'm badly. I get worse through the day after, I think thats due to usually not getting enough food down my neck.

i never used to get them, but nowadays i suffer terrible hangovers, the proper booze blues aswell.

mind you im the wrong side of 30 so that might have something to do with it

Most of the hangover is caused by the chemicals in the drinks. So if you stsy on clean spirits and mixers the hangovers arent that bad usually. That said, if i get pissed on wine then my hangovers are awful at the best of times.

I drunk Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Friday and Sat got really fucked up.

Keep looking at my mates and can see they blow like £1200 a month just getting pissed and know if i carry on i'll end up with fuck all just like those in the gang who are in their mid 30s.

I just need a hobby
