No, as they are under 16, therefore cant legally have a contract and can move where they like.
A fee will be decided either between the clubs after they move, or by a committee if they cant agree.
Stop trying to find examples, what you did was much much different.

And we have yet another case.

No, you dont seem to understand, this is not 'yet another case'. Its nothing like what you have done.
This is simply a young person wishing to progress at a bigger and better club with (probably) better facilities and coaches. They are more than able to make this decision as they are under 16 and not tied down to any contract. Its like saying a school should be fined/banned for a pupil moving there as they have better teachers and facilities.
The compo is then decided between the clubs for the work they have done up to that stage. Nothing wrong with that at all.

It can't be stamped out of football, becuase the law says no-one can work under the age of 16, therefore no contracts
Yes it may not be morally right to take a player thats spent 7 years at a smaller club, but don't blame the big clubs, blame the law
Chelsea did something much different, they told someone to quit his contract and then signed him, deserve the ban imo, and if united have done the same so will they
But united seem pretty confident in the pogba case and others so i'm not sure
It is just like your arrogant club that think because they have a billionaire owner they are above everyone, even more so with that oxygen theif kenyon running things

What I am saying is clubs try to bring up and nurture there own young talents then as soon as a bigger club comes along they sod off. Forget contracts and all that it's still harsh. Yes it happens, we do it, your club does it but still.

You seem to think all these clubs doing it are getting away with it and chelsea getting screwed for it, but it's completely different
It will never stop, because we don't allow children to work until they are 16, meaning they can do as they please with regards moving clubs until then
And there is nothing the two cretins from uefa and fifa can do about, so it's about time they died a horrible death

The clubs get money for it, in most cases a lot more money than the player will ever be worth.
These two 14yr olds could easily turn out shite, how many really make it from that age? Very few. Yet Leeds have now got £400k each for them.
More than enough compo imo.
