I know they aren't new releases but its the first go I've had of them:
Army of Two - Pretty average really, got bored after 5 minutes
Unreal Tournement - Again, pretty crap. After I'd killed the opposition 6 times I'd had enough.
Fifa Street - Didn't mind this, probably a better 2 player game but it seemed alright.
Played Soul Calibur 4 last week too and quite enjoyed it. 2 player is pretty good.
Only new PS3 release I've played is Uncharted 2, also played Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games and it is really good. Bobsleigh, Curling and Downhill Skiing are really good.

I really enjoyed Army of Two, and am currently raping Unreal Tournament, brings back the old days.
UT is really impressive seeing as it's a few years old, can't beat just mindlessly murdering randoms without having to think about things
Soul Caliber is good, but gets boring quite quickly

I never did get Man Hunt. I think getting Condemned ruined the point of getting it.
