I though i would just post this in here as i know a few people have have started getting into the gym and the p90x programme.
As i'm starting to get abit of a better diet i'm struggling for ideas to do with chicken as in sauces etc....
I normally have 2 small chicken breasts for my dinner with new potatoes or rice, but i just wanted to know what kind of sauces do you use to stop it getting boring?
Cheers

I make up a load of marinated chicken over night and then cook a couple of nights a week. The flavour tends to go in to the chicken and you're left with something that isnt covered in sauce.
Have used tikka paste (mix with natural yoghart), jalfrezzi paste done the same, BBQ flavouring, sweet chilli, reggeregge sauce, etc.

Yeah its full of crap, but I dont use it as a sauce, just marinade it over night, then cook it in the oven with none of the sauce on it.
You'll get rid of move of the crap and just have the flavours in the chicken.

When i used to eat large amounts of chicken and rice i used to put it all in a tub and pour half a slim-a-soup over it. Sounds odd but keeps it moist with plenty of taste.

Yeah, I thought you would, I just limit mine due to what this p90x says, it increases next phase though so will be better.

I have powder form. To get the most from it i would recommend powder or you will be consuming the same amount of tablets s me
Upon waking i have 10g, pre workout 10g, post workout 10g and before bed 10g.
I will sometimes up my pre/post workout dose to 20g, depending on how my body is feeling with recovery etc. Excellent supplement.
