Well made a start on stripping the Corsa down again yesterday.
Got it up on axel stands

Then i took the engine out. This thing know's its own way out now i think lol

Then took the rack off. The fuel tank, filler pipes and the exgaurst system.

Then thismorning ive took the box off the engine to have a look at the clutch.
Tbh it looks fine. still plenty of meat on it.

Going to upgrade anyway.
But the std clutch can be used again on a less powerfull engine imo so for sale if anyone is interested? £20 + P&P

Ive now got to try and rase some funds and fast! Got loads of stuff i can sell. Just a matter of selling them lol

Well. I fitted a Epas kit yesterday

Started off by stripping all the old stuff out.

My rack was just over 4 turns lock to lock.

The new one is 2.7 turns

Then i thought i would paint the new rack before i fitted it.

Came out quite nice imo

Then i fitted the collum ect. Its alot heavyer than the std one Got to loose the extra weight somwere els now

All fitted.

Orderd a controller of Ebay. £16 Awesome
