Yes, could that picture have just been taken under a UV light?

There are lights in Ugropia that makes Smirnoff Ice look like that.

If you want to make real nuclear smirnoff ice get a pint glass fill it with ice and a shot of 88% polish vodka. Then pour in bottle of smirnoff ice, thats teh way to drink it
