it's probably worse mate. the sugar content is pretty high and they are full of fat. they are fucking lovely though...

I used to have one instead of a chocolate bar, a muesli and yoghurt one.

There was no info on the packet except a link to the apple jacks website, went on it and it was like 480 cal and 20g of sugar

so not having any of them again!!

you get flap jacks that are full or protein as well but also high in calories. probably something to eat if you are trying to put on a bit beef for the gym
