Right then, being the idiot I am, I've just managed to spill tea on my laptop. It's gone under the keys and now they are playing up. E.g when I press the windows button for the menu it's performs a search. Pressing W comes up with 5 or 6 random letters/keys. Anything I can do? Any help much appreciated

The keyboard is fucked.
Just buy a replacement second hand one for your laptop from eBay, should cost no more than £10, it's quite easy to replace a keyboard on a laptop (normally have to remove the cover where your speakers and power button/LEDs are, and remove a couple of screws from the base of the laptop).
