hi there, purchased a pair of twin 40s and manifold off kinger01 off here(top seller) and arrived today.
have a feeling that its not as straight forward as just bolting them on, am after abit of info from anyone who has done this.
i have the engine out so its easy to get at things, have noticed that the alternator mite get in the way of the carbs?
and really just need the general step-by-step/info guide to putting these on.
help would be appreciated

The alternator can be lowered down using a plate with 4 holes in it and some nuts a bolts...so there's your first problem sorted you will need to attach the carbs and get the fuel pressure regulator connected. then you need to sort out the ignition system, do you know what you are using for this?

im sure the standard management would run it but not very well. id use a facet fuel pump with a regulator to take the pressure to about 3psi

The one that go's into the car is the heater mate, you need to drill the manifold and tap it and put a male pipe end in...or dont and not have heaters. and the ones that go to the throttle body..bin all together or block off.
