I use my corsa track/road. stripped with perspex cage blah blah and so on.

i find it fine but thats just me, although i can see how the freezing cold/no proper windows/banging/rattling/noise/headaches could get on your nerves to be honest.

They are so adjustable mid corner too once you have the hang of them. Brake sharp into corner to get the nose down and rear light... really helps the direction change on tight corners... as long as you are on the throttle pretty quick

Just take rear seats, etc out when you are going to a track day, unless you are doing a fair few a year 10-15?? no point in completely stripping a car if its your road car too

My Corsa has no plastics left apart from the dash, it's got buckets and harnesses, I'll admit it's not as good as it could be for a road car but it doesn't bother me in general. I experienced monotony for the first time last weekend when I did a 3 hour run to London at 5 in the morning, the noise started to get annoying for the last 3/4s of an hour but that's only since I took the rooflining out which made a surprisingly large effect on noise levels and makes it really echoey inside plus my exhaust isn't particularly quiet.

Day to day I don't have a problem with it tho, most motorway journeys haven't bothered me and the extra space helps sometimes too when I've gotta pick orders up

I drove my impreza from Aberdeen to Snetterton. 12hrs.....

I do not recommend that drive in a normal car let alone a rock hard, fully caged, seam welded, no heating, noisy Impreza.
