ok, thanks.
Looking at buying in-car dvd player but VERY concerned about chavs breaking in thinking it's a cd player to nick it because the one's I've looked at on flea bay, barely any of the detachable front panel comes off which makes the unit still look complete to theives.

That depends if its a risk your prepared to take. At least if some of it comes off it does show that its no good to any one.

Yer but to a theif looking through a car window with 50% tints, he's barely gonna be able to tell that it's not a full panel, my mate lives in the same area recently had his car window smashed as they tried to nick his dvd player.

Not being funny but statistically tints encourage more break ins as they give the idea that you are trying to hide something

I am. My 6x9s. Plus now i dont feel as bad when i leave my jacket (nothing inside it) on the back seats.
