Think refurbs are usually around £50 a wheel... don't quote me on that though...

(and no funny person doing a 'quote' and saying there ya go)....

ive not got time or expertise to do them .....how do u spray wheels with what paint primer etc??

I had no expertise either.
Yet people who I showed could never tell i'd refurbed them, I also did Matt Crowthers old 17s for him
